Volunteer Management OverviewMass 4-H possesses a strong and clear set of operating principles that ensure that youth, volunteer safety, liability protection and management practices are understandable to everyone and are in line with University of Massachusetts best practices. The following listing offers application forms that can be downloaded and which are used to screen new general and new board volunteers. Service descriptions are agreements between the volunteer and the 4-H program that are used to clarify duties when a volunteer assumes a new role in 4-H. Parental Permission and Health Forms are also included for youth members and parents to use when enrolling their children in 4-H programs each year. To learn more, please review the Bylaws and Forms sections or Treasurer's Resources, and if you have any questions or suggestions, speak to your regional Mass 4-H Extension Educator. |
